Framework agreement C: Cabling and access security

The contractor offers a framework agreement on cabling and access security. The framework agreement is entered into with 1 supplier. The framework agreement generally includes consultancy services related to the client and totechnical representations of related representations on-site in connection with building adaptations, set-up, adaptation, maintenance and support of IT installations, network installations, electrical installations and security installations in their entirety, the framework agreement may also include advice, as well as materials. The client`s organization around cabling and access security is rooted in 3 professional areas / departments: IT, BVP and SEK. IT works with the client`s software and hardware solutions, IT security and networks, including cabling, both in Denmark and at Danish representations abroad. BVP works with citizen service for Danes abroad, while SEK worksare safe both in Denmark and in Danish representations.

2) Services offered

A. Technical Assistance and Support

Consultancy Assistance includes on-site technical assistance in connection with building adaptations, including, for example, fitting doors and windows, assembling and setting up furniture, and smaller contractor-like works as well as setting up, adapting, maintaining and supporting IT installations.network, electrical, and security installations, including ITV, AIA, ADK, unloading and lasing systems, emergency power (UPS), biometric recording equipment, video and intercom systems, physical scale protection, perimeter security, LAN, WLAN and power supply equipment. Maintenance tasks include troubleshooting, troubleshooting, repair, upgrades, documentation and structurePreventive maintenance

Technical assistance and support also includes performing the necessary tasks, in order to continue and ensure the proper access and safety of the contractor and the contractor`s representations. The contracting authority is responsible for the 1st level and to some extent the 2nd level support. The supplier is expected to provide a support function with 2nd and 3rd level as well as emergency supportr the contractor`s support function

B. Associated benefits

In addition to the above services in point A, the provider will also need to provide associated counseling, collaboration-related activities and hypercare. During ongoing projects, the collaboration with the client`s contact person will often be telephone or digital due to distance and time differences, since the consultancy assistance also includes large travel expenses.The framework agreement also includes the purchase of materials for use and setup by the contracting entity, baths in the form of, for example, cameras, but also in the form of cables, etc. for connecting and securing these, from a full product catalog that can be included in both the supplier`s deliveries and to the client`s ownEstablishment.

These benefits, as well as the benefits under point A, must be documented on an ongoing and complete basis as directed.
