1. Total turnover

Each participant must have realized a minimum total turnover of 900, 000 (nine hundred thousand) BGN, calculated on the basis of annual turnover, for the last 3 (three) financial years (2016, 2017 and 2018), depending on the date on which the participant was created or startedyour unity. For a non-resident participant, the turnover is calculated in BGN at the official exchange rate of the BNB for the respective currency.

On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the PPA, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out prior to the pre-selection. The contracting authority shall use the procedure of carrying out under Art. 61 of the RAPPP.

Before signing the contract, the participant appointed for executionThe applicant submits: the documents proving compliance with the selection requirements; guarantee for performance of the subject of the contract in the amount of 5 per 100 of the value of the contract excluding VAT and guarantee for advance payment, the order for release of the guarantees is indicated in the draft contract to the procurement documents (the selected contractor selects the form of the guarantee himself) ; the documents onArt. 58 of the PPL. The documents shall be submitted to both the subcontractors and third parties, if any. 54, para. 1 of the PPL and Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, as well as the circumstances specified by the contracting authority under Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the PPA, which arose before or during the procedure;participant who has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the PPA or whose offer was not accepted in accordance with Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the PPA; a tenderer who, upon invitation by the contracting authority and within the period specified therein, does not extend the period of validity of his tender. Participants may propose measures to prove reliability, to prove lack of grounds for removal (Article 56, paragraph 1 of the PPL) in accordancewith the conditions set out in the documentation. The arrangements for making payments under the contract are described in the draft contract, annexed to the approved documentation.

E. Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) - 1 piece with the necessary qualifications and experience as follows:

- Bachelor`s degree or higher in the following professional fields: MAsubject, informatics and computer science, communication and computer engineering, law, economics, administration and management or equivalent,

- at least 2 (two) years of experience in software testing, user creation, automated testing, or

- participation as a specialist quality in the implementation of completed projects related to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of informationmation technologies and / or information systems and / or information services.
