Milj0styrelsen skal anskaffe 12 new Units for navy surveillance to replace the current ones who have been paralyzed. In addition, 5 water retrievers, which are integrated with Sonderne, will be procured. Sons should be used in connection with the implementation of the Environmental Monitoring Program (NOVANA), where they will be used to paint the parameters: salinity, temperature, pressure, oxygen, fluorescence and light. SThe best part of an integrated painting equipment is that all components of the paintings are assembled in a probe. Sonderne will be used round the clock, and the majority of Sonderne will be used every or every other week. The size of the vessels from which the Sonderne is operated varies from less tractorable vessels to larger environmental ships. See section II.2.4).

For environmental reasonsWhen it can fulfill its obligations in relation to the implementation of the National Monitoring Program (NOVANA), it is important that Sonder and Water Pickers are operational in as large a part of the arable as possible. It is therefore essential for the supplier to line up a well-functioning workshop and a robust service organization geared to shorten, correct, repair and exposespare parts. The offer therefore entails that the Tenderer may offer a service agreement consisting of the following elements:

- Calibration,

- Maintenance,

- Repairs,

- Phone support to the customer Monday to Friday in the period at. 08: 00-16: 00.

Delivery of Sonder and Water Pickers is tested and approved in 2 steps:

1) Prototype Test;

2) Transfer with Operator Training.

Prototypetestens is formal to test whether the equipment offered meets functional and technical requirements, see Appendix 1 of the tender documents. The test must be completed and completed no later than 16 weeks after the contract has been concluded. The detailed requirements for the implementation of the test are stated in Appendix 1 of the tender. Safely the equipment offered can not be approved by the Contractor because it does not comply with the stipulatedRequirements in the tender documents, including Annex 1, the Contractor is entitled to withdraw from the contract. The delivery agreement between the Contractor and the Supplier will consequently cease. Safely equipped is approved, delivery of the other units is initiated. For these units, a transfer business is being carried out to ensure that all Sonder and Water Pickers work without defects, -and that they are otherwise configured as the Sonde and the Water Pickers that were approved in the first place.

The operator's operators must be trained in the use of Sonderne and Vandhenterne, including instructions in the Supplier's instructions for use of Sonder and Watercourses. The supplier is obliged to carry out training for the operators of the equipment. This education is expected to involvee about 30 of Ordregiver's employees. The education is carried out on the basis of the software, PCs and cables developed by the Contractor, which the Contractor makes available ifm. The tenderer must complete the single European tender document (hereinafter ESPD) through the electronic tender system, stating the following information: - the tenderer's equity at the latest disposal- The tenderer's total annual turnover in the most recent financial year.

The ESPD serves as a preliminary proof that the tenderer meets the minimum eligibility requirements in relation to economic and financial capacity. Before the award decision, the tenderer whose contractor intends to award the contract to, provide evidence that the information in the ESPD is-correct.

When required by the contracting entity, the following financial and financial documentation must be provided:

1) Statement of the company's equity in the most recent available financial statements, depending on where the company was established, if the equity figures are available. For an association of companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each of themletting companies in the association. If the company is based on the economic and financial form of other entities (eg a parent company or subcontractor), the information must also be provided for these entities; (2) A statement of the company's total turnover in the most recent available financial statements, depending on when The company was established or started its businessif the figures for this turnover are available. For an association of companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each of the participating companies in the association. If the company is based on the economic and financial form of other entities (eg a parent company, a subsidiary or a subcontractor), the information must also be provided for these units.

SafelyThe publisher is based on the form of other entities, this must be stated in ESPD, Part II, Section C, and the other device (s) must each fill in a separate ESPD with the required information. The winning bidder must provide supporting evidence or other documentation proving that the bidder actually lines the necessary economic and financial form, cf. section 144 of the Public Procurement Act, PCS. 2.

Safeguard applications are part of a consortium, this must be stated in ESPD, Part II, Section A, and each of the participating economic operators must complete a separate ESPD with the required information.

All communication in connection with the procurement procedure, including questionnaire and reply, must via the electronic procurement system. Questions asked after this date will be answered as soon as they have been received so that the contracting entity can obtain the necessary information and communicate the answers within 6 days of the deadline. Questionnaire received later than 6 days before the deadline is not expected to be answered.

The tenderer must submit an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the Section 148 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 1-3, mentioned conditions. In the case of an association of companies (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for eachf the participating economic operators. Safely, the bidder is based on the form of other entities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities on which it is based.

The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the tenderer is subject to the provisions of - 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act mandatory grounds for exclusion, as well as the grounds for exclusion stated in the Procurement Acts - 137, para. 1, No. 2 unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is palatable in accordance with section 138 of the Public Procurement Act.

Before the award decision, the tenderer to which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide evidence of the information delivered in ESPD pursuant to section 151-152 of the Public Procurement Act, cf. section 153.

Orderholder kr.that the tenderer and the legal entity on which the tenderer bases his economic and financial form is jointly and severally liable for the completion of the contract. In relation to point III.1.3), it is noted that the order in question is assigned to an association of economic operators (eg a consortium) the contract must be signed by all participants in the association.

The contracting entity may use the proceduren - 159 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 5 whose offer does not meet the formal requirements of the tender.
