Definition: "Sealant seals the tissues, ensuring the water-, liquid-, air-tightness and a sealant will prevent and / or treat a leakage." The human body contains fibrin which is indispensable for the control of bleeding and repair of tissues.

The fibrin sealants are used to activate the coagulation cascade. The surgeon can use hemostasis with the glue productsstitch oak, fabric or material together, close the wound and promote wound healing. There are 2 main components (from human plasma): thrombin (speed of polymerization) and fibrinogen (strength of the network). It is broken down by the plasminogen of the patient.

The slow sealants have a low concentration of thrombin. The fast sealants ensure polymerization withinn a few seconds. In this plot the fast sealant should be offered, the slow can be offered in a free variant

The intended indications are sealing, hemostasis, wound healing-is accepted to replace documents or certificates issued by governmental authorities or third parties confirming that the tenderer concerned satisfies all of the following conditions:
