The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor to perform the required under the current legislation in thefield activities necessary to issue orders for the updating of the Pirin National Park`s orders, Bayuvi Dupki-Djindzhiritsa Reserve and Yulen Reserve, issuing acts of ownership of the Three Protected Areas and listing of the property acts in the a map and a map of the restored property.

The period for carrying out the geodetic activities and thethe remaining activities with them start to run from the date of receipt of a letter of contract for performance of the contract activities and expire with the approval of the contracting authority for the work carried out and have a maximum duration of up to 4 calendar months from the receipt of the letter of invitation. That period shall be suspended during the time when the products are coordinated by the competent authoritiesand individuals

1. The guarantee to secure the performance of the contract amounts to 5% of its value excluding VAT. The guarantee shall be presented in one of the following forms: a) a deposit of a sum of money to the account of the contracting authority;

(b) a bank guarantee in favor of the contracting authority; or

(c) insurance covering performance by covering the contractor`s liability. Contractorhe chooses the form of the guarantee himself. 2. Specific national grounds for exclusion: A. The participant shall declare the absence or existence of a verdict in force for an offense under Articles 108a, 159a-159d, 172, 192a, Art. 194-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352 - 353e of the Penal Code. The participant (he alone) should not be associated with other participants in the present procedure under Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act. For the participant should not be established by a punitive decree or court decision enacted, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the state in which the participant is established or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority, the country in which the participant is established.
