CPV Description: Supply services of commercial or industrial workers. and the object of.concerning the productions of the financial year 2020.

Main Site: The provision of the services of the contractor will be done in the construction laboratories of E.L.S. in Peristeri or another ELS installation. within the Prefecture of Attica, if required by the contracting authority.

Subject to the contract is the provision of technical support services to the Technical Directorate of ELS for the construction, the modification and repair of the stage and auxiliary infrastructures, which concern the productions of the financial year 2020.

The provision of the services will be carried out with the use and disposal by the contractor of his own experienced technical staff, which will proceed with carpentry constructions. and stage constructions, which will be decided by the ULSG, which willa) implement them in cooperation with the contractor above. In particular, the technical staff is as follows:

- machinists: eight (8) people,

- electric welder - second class boss: one (1) person,

- electric welder: six (6) people.

The above technical staff which will be used by the contractor, who will be his employer, must have the relevant professional experienceexperience and knowledge of his art, by object, as illustrated in the following table:

Specialty - Minimum Qualifications:

Carpenter:

- 2 years of general woodworking experience, and

- 1 year of experience in theatrical work.

Welder - 2nd Class Master:

- 3 years of general work experience in h

Welder:

- 2 years of general work experience in welding work

The economic operators involved in the process of entering into this contract are required to carry out commercial activity related to the subject of the contract and to have the corresponding professional activity codes. . Financial institutionsEligible for a Member State of the European Union, they are required to be registered in one of the professional registers kept in the State of their establishment or to meet any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Annex A of Law 4412/2016. If the economic operators are required to have special approval or to be members of a specific organization, in order to be able toif they provide the relevant service in their country of origin, the contracting authority may require them to prove that they have such approval or to be a member of that organization or to invite them to make an affidavit before a notary public about the exercise of that particular

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Community(third) or in third countries that have acceded to the S.D.S. or in third countries that do not fall under the previous case and have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on matters relating to public procurement procedures, they are required to be registered with the relevant professional registers. in therelevant professional register, where applicable law requires their registration, for the service to be awarded.

As regards economic and financial standing, for this contracting process, economic operators are required to have an average turnover of 3 administrative uses (2017, 2018, 2019), at least equal to 50% of the budget5 If 14.0 506.05 EUR. equal to 50% of the budget of the declaration, not including VAT.
