6 534 street and park lighting are currently in operation in the municipality of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The scope of implementation includes operational maintenance, repair and restoration works, delivery of street and park lighting, construction of new objects of street and artistic-architectural lighting, completion of an automatic system forand the management of street lighting on the territory of Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality by type of work, according to the technical specification in the procedure and the quantitative account, is an integral part of this notice.

At the moment in the territory of Gorna Oryahovitsa 6 534 luminaires for street and park lighting are in operation. Coveragethe implementation stage includes operational maintenance, repair and restoration works, delivery of street and park lighting, construction of new objects of street and artistic-architectural lighting, completion of an automatic system for management of street lighting in the territory of Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality by type of works, according to the technical specification in the procedure and quantified byThe participants should be entered in the Central Professional Register of Builders for the construction of the second group: construction works from the transport infrastructure according to Art. 5, para. 1, item 2 of the PRWCRPD: construction works from the second to the fourth category according to Art. 5, para. 6 of the Regulations for the Water Supply and Sewerage Regulatory Commission and for third group construction: energy infrastructure construction according to Art. 5, para. 1, item 3 of the PRVDPPS: third category construction works according to Art. 5, para. 6 of the Rules of Procedure of the Regional Inspectorate for Regional Development and for the construction of the fifth group: separate types of construction and assembly works, and for non-residents, participants in the procedure - in similar registers according to the legislation of the state in which they are established. the participants who will carry out the construction activities

Proofs:

To prove their compliance with the selection criterion, participants declare in e-EDES the circumstance by specifying a public free register from which to check the entry for the above groups and category of construction or equivalent. In case the participant is a foreign person, he / she may submit a valid equivalent documentor a declaration or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area proving that the participant is entered in the relevant register of that country.

Participants should have professional indemnity insurance, according to Article 171, Paragraph 1 of the Spatial Planning Act and the Ordinance on the compulsory forworkers and employees insurance for occupational accident risk. The insurance should be valid at the time of the submission of the offer, with coverage corresponding to the group and construction category, as required by the contracting authority in the documentation and this notice.

The contracting authority defines the performance guarantee of the service, including construction and assembly works - 3% (three percent) of the itemthe estimated value of the contract excluding VAT in the amount of BGN 48, 000 (forty-eight thousand) BGN, in view of the fact that the contract with the contractor selected will be concluded on the basis of the unit prices presented in the price offer.

The guarantee is presented in one of the following forms:

- cash deposited into the client`s account - IBAN: BG04FINV91503316803795;

BIC: FINVBGSF;

Bank: First Investment Bank, kGorna Oryahovitsa,

- bank guarantee - unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee in favor of the assignor, with a term of validity for the whole term of the contract plus 30 (thirty) days after the expiry of the contract, and if necessary the term of validity of the bank a guarantee is extended or a new one is issued,

- insurance, which guarantees the fulfillment by covering the liability of thethe term of validity for the whole period of validity of the contract plus 30 (thirty) days after the expiry of the contract, extending or issuing a new one if necessary.
