- winter maintenance of roads and walkways by plowing or sprinkling, incl. ensuring 24-hour winter standby and snow monitoring, - all year round cleaning of roads, walkways and other areas, incl. regular monitoring,

maintenance and control of children's playgrounds and playgrounds,

- all-time maintenance work
