— Written statement of the Economic operator, declaring that within the past 5 years, no effective court decision has been imposed on it for participation in criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or money laundry,

— confirmation letter issued by a competent authority, certifying that no bankruptcy procedure has been raised,

— confirmation letter issued by a competent authority, certifying that no liquidation procedure has been raised,

— confirmation letter, certifying paid taxes, contributions and other public duties, as issued by a competent authority of the country where the Economic operator has been registered,

— confirmation letter issued by the Register of Criminal offences of Legal entities, certifying that no subsidiary prohibition has been imposed on it for participating in public tender procedures, being awarded public procurement contracts, as well as public-private partnership contracts thereof,

— confirmation letter issued by the Register of Criminal offences of Legal entities, certifying that no subsidiary temporary or permanent prohibition has been imposed on it for exercising specific business operation,

— confirmation letter certifying that no effective court decision has been imposed on it prohibiting it to exercise occupation, activity or duty, or temporary prohibition to exercise a specific business operation thereof.

To prove the capacity to exercise professional activity, the Economic operator should submit a Document on registered activity as a natural person or legal entity, entitled to exercise the professional activity related to the Public procurement contract or they should submit evidence proving membership to a pertinent professional association, under the regulations of the country of registration.
