Delivery, assembly and commissioning of waste treatment lines for the factory Cheneviers

The purpose of the market is to delivery of incineration lines for the Cheneviers factory.

The market is for the delivery of lines-incineration for the Cheneviers factory.

It concerns:

1) studies relating to its construction;

2) its construction, including its commissioning.

Partial offers are not admitted.

Negotiations: up to and including the decision of adjudication, the negotiations are prohibited.

Indication of the means of appeal: the present invitation to tender being subjected to the regulation Geneva on the passation public markets (RSGe L 6 05.01), it may be appealed within 10 days of its publication in FAO at the administrative chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, rue du Mont-Blanc 18, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal must be filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the conclusions duly reasoned, with indicatthe means of proof and the signature of the appellant.
