The subject of the contract is the professional training and verification of the professional competence of the employee of the procurer in the selected professions in the sense of Act no. 513/2009 Z.z. on the drachma and on the amendment of some laws, Act no. 514/2009 Z.z. about transport on railways, no. 245/2010 Z.z. of professional competence, -medical fitness and psychological fitness of persons in the provision of railways and the provision of transport on railways and voyages no. 205/2010 Z.z. • Main Site: Applicants' Training Centers in Bratislava, Žilina, Zvolen, Košice and the training facility as a training center for train drivers according to the law-on transport on rail no. 514/2009 Coll. Exams of the training, examinations and courses in the individual regions are foreseen in the tender documents in Part B.1 Description of the subject of the contract, which is not binding on the contractor and will be specified according to the client's orders and can be adjusted in the dependence from breakdown needs during the validity of the contractual relationship.

1.1 The adjuster must meet thethe waiver referred to in - 32 par. 1 letter. e) Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter "the Act on Public Procurement"). The fulfillment of the above mentioned condition will be confirmed by a valid document according to - 32 par. 2 sheets. e) Act on Public Procurement by submitting an original document or verbatim copy.

1.2 Hosthe public entity may demonstrate the fulfillment of this condition in accordance with - 152 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement entered in the list of economic entities. The contracting authority shall apply the procedure resulting from - 152 para. 3 of the Public Procurement Act

1.3 The document may be used to prove the fulfillment of the condition of a party to the contract.m in advance to replace the single European Public Procurement Document (JED). VI.3.3) The contracting authority shall provide the documents necessary for the preparation of the offer in an editable format on the basis of the written request of the acquirer delivered to the contact person mentioned in (1) of Part A.1 Guidelines for Applicants of these Procurement Documents

VI.3 (4) In due time, a request for clarification of the conditionnotices referred to in this notice, the tender documents and other supporting documentation shall be considered as the deadline until 29.10.2018 so that the contracting authority has sufficient time to provide a qualified explanation to all interested parties at least 6 days before the deadline for submitting tenders VI.3.5) and the exchange of information between the procuring entity and the bidders / entrants will take place-to 18.10.2018 according to - 187 par. 8 VI.3.6) For electronic communication from October 19, 2018, the contracting authority shall electronically use the URAD system for public procurement of the so- IS EVO

VI.3.7) The Advertiser recommends to the person who takes the contract documents from the profile of the Procurer to notify the contact person mentioned in point 1.1 of this notice of hise inclusion in the list of occupants. According to the records of the interested parties, the contracting authority will inform all interested parties, especially if the contracting authority applies the institutes according to - 48 and - 21 par. 4 of the Act on Public Procurement.

VI.3.8) The guarantor may indicate the document proving the fulfillment of the condition of part of the contract by the procuring entity in par. III. 1.1) of this notification will be provisionally replaced by the single European-Public Procurement Document (JED). The handler fills in parts I to III. JED and can only fill in the section: Globalny give IV part of the JED without having to fill in sections IV of JED. The draft JED is available at the place of publication of the tender documents. VI.3.9) The successful bidder is obliged to submit in writing before the signature ramcobut at the latest within the time limit set in the invitation to provide a proper list of all known subcontractors, 4.
