YPO 3 000924 The Supply of Sports Equipment, Sports Posts, Nets, Goals and Sports Balls

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the supply of sports play equipment and sports equipment, including accessories, sports posts, nets, goals and balls for use primarily in the education market. On some lots we require YPO own branding on certain products. We require providers to work with us to further develop all lots and expand the full YPO sport range.
Outdoor play equipment including ankle skips, vinyl and nylon inflatable balls, frisbees, play rackets, stilts and catch pads. A full specification is available within the competition documents.
Organisations must ensure that they are not in breach of any of the mandatory or discretionary exclusions contained in Regulation 57 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. YPO will incorporate a standstill period at point of notification of the award of the Framework to all bidders. The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the Framework is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the regulations, to take action in the High Court of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Please also note that in order to reduce waste and impact on the cost of supplying the bids for all tenderers, the award procedure for this opportunity includes a "soft award" of the framework, between the notification of award and the commencement of the Framework. The soft award is designed to allow YPO to confirm with awarded suppliers that their products do meet the minimum specifications YPO have provided by way of provision of samples. Where the parties confirm there is any discrepancy between the provided samples and the tenders affirmation of the provided specification, YPO reserves the right to award the opportunity to the next most economically advantageous tenderer.
