Repair and maintenance work in connection with sports facilities.

Odsherred Municipality, Supply of Maintenance in the Cultural Area

The offer includes the operation and maintenance of sports facilities in the Odsherred Municipality.

Main Site: Odsherred Municipality

The offer includes the following main services:

- Landscaping and maintenance of sports teams,

- Gartnerisk operation and maintenance of plantations and calculations.

The contract is expected to enter into force on 1.1.2019. The contract runs until 31.12.2022 with the option of 2 x 1 year extension.

Operations activities must be carried out within the deadlines specified in the Special Terms, SB. For some operating activities there is a limitation on execution times.

Tenderer must provide informationgive reasons for criminal convictions, reasons relating to taxes, taxes or social security contributions, as well as grounds relating to conflicts of interest, distortion of competition and false information. The tenderer must disclose this in ESPD Section III; "Grounds for exclusion".

Note: Tenderers subject to a mandatory grounds for exclusion in section 135-- 13 of the Public Procurement Act6 will be excluded from participation and will not be considered unless the tenderer submits documentation to be trustworthy, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act. Similarly, tenderers who are covered by one of the voluntary grounds for exclusion referred to in section 137 of the Public Procurement Act will be excluded from participation and will not be considered unless the tenderer submits documentation-to be trustworthy, cf. section 138 of the Public Procurement Act. Documentation: The tenderer who wishes to be awarded the contract must, upon request (and not as part of the offer) submit a service certificate (Danish companies) or equivalent documentation (foreign companies) evidence that the tenderer is not in one of the grounds for exclusion referred to above.

Contractor vil accepts service certificates issued after 1.2.2018.

The contracting entity will accept documentation regarding the above exclusion reasons, dated later than 1.2.2018.

Contracting Party does not issue control orders.

The contract does not include business transfer. In the present case, the Contractor has assessed that no tangible assets and / or employees are transferred. However, the question of the application of the Business Transfer Act will depend on the organization and staffing of the assignment, and the Contractor can not be held responsible..
