Acquisition of a Modular System for Studies of electron spectroscopy for the positron lab and of some components needed to achieve the positron focusing system.e: I.F.I.N.H.H., Str. Reactor no. 30, Magurele, Ilfov
The acquisition of a modular system for positron and electron spectroscopy studies, connectable to the positron beam for elemental analysis on solid samples (powders or films up to 1 inches in diameter) for the positron lab.
The amount of the participation guarantee is:
- Lot 1 - 5 500 EUR, - Lot 2-- 205 EUR.
The participation guarantee may be set up in RON or another currency, the reference exchange rate calculated for its payment being the one published by the National Bank of Romania (www.bnr.ro), on the date of the publication of the participation announcement. How to set up the participation guarantee:
1) By bank transfer to account RO92BPOS70903296299ROL0B, respectively RO94BPOS70903296299EUR01, opened at Banc Post - Magurele Agency; 2) By a guarantee instrument issued under the law by a banking company or by an insurance company, according to the model presented in Form 2 of the Forms Section.
Warranty period: 150 days from the deadline for submitting bids. The guarantee must be irrevocable. The guarantee instrument must bestipulates that the payment of the participation guarantee will be executed unconditionally, namely at the first request of the beneficiary, based on his / her statement regarding the guilt of the guarantor. In case of submitting joint offers, the participation guarantee must be made on behalf of the association and mention that it collectively covers all members of the group of economic operators.The document of the guarantee of participation will be scanned and attached in the SEAP so that it is legible only in pdf or jpg format, signed with the extended electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by a certification service provider accredited under the law, until-on the date and time limit for the submission of tenders
The amount of the good execution guarantee: 10% of the value of the public acquisition contract, excluding the VAT - The manner of setting up the good execution guarantee, according to the provisions of art. 40 of H.G. no. 395/2016: by bank transfer or through a guarantee instrument issued in accordance with the law by a bank or insurance companyor, if the parties agree, the guarantee of good execution can also be constituted by successive deductions from the amounts due for partial invoices.
