Current sub-agreement regarding 0Purchase and service of 2 factory new excavators.

With the winning tenderer in addition to the main contract, a service contract and a repair contract will be concluded. a detailed description of the sub-contract, including the relevant minimum technical requirementsTenderer must enclose the Single European Tender Document (ESPD) and reply to Title:

Part IV, Title α:

Before the contracting entity decides to award the contract, the tenderer for whom the contracting entity intends to award the contract must submit or possibly. refer to database of documentation for the information specified in ESPD Part IV:

1) Statement of or annual accounts with effect fromtotal turnover of the company in the most recent available financial year, depending on when the company was established or started its business if the figures for this turnover are available. equity available.

3) Evidence of biddingr has or may have the business and product liability insurance relevant to the contract. The documentation must be in the form of either a copy of the insurance policy, insurance certificate containing coverage area and coverage sum issued by the insurance company or undertaking by a recognized insurance company to take out commercial and product liability insurance. The undertaking must be valid from signing- If the tenderer is unable to provide the required documentation, the tenderer shall seek to prove his financial and financial suitability by other means by submitting appropriate documents. Tender submitted by a consortiumum, the required information must be provided for each participant in the consortium. In the suitability assessment, the consortium`s overall fitness will be assessed. When groups of economic operators, including temporary associations, participate in the tendering procedure together, a separate ESDP must be completed and attached to each of the participating economic operators with the information thatrequired by Parts II-IV and VI.

If the tenderer for the submission of tenders is based on the financial and economic capacity of other entities to meet minimum requirements, the required information must be provided for all entities. In particular, these other entities must each complete an autonomous ESPD, which must at least be filled in as follows: Part II, points A and B, part III, points A, B and C, 1 IV, points B and / or C (depending on which parts the tenderer is based on) and Part VI. All communication between the tenderer and the contractor and the submission of tenders must be in writing via the electronic tender system. The electronic tender system can only be used if the tenderer`s company has aregistered as a user. Registration is free. B) All communications related to the tender procedure, including questions and answers must be done via the electronic tender system.All together with its offer submit an ESPD as preliminary evidence for the provisions of section 148 (1) of the Tendering Act. 1, points 1-3, mentioned conditions. In the case of an association of undertakings (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each of the participating economic operators. Where the bidder is based on the form of other entities, an ESPD must be submitted for each of the entities on which it is based.(d) If the tenderer relies on the economic or professional form of other entities, the tenderer must sign a declaration of support. E) The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tender procedure if the tenderer is subject to the mandatory exclusions mentioned in sections 135 and 136 of the Tendering Act.grounds and the exclusion grounds set out in section 137 (1) of the Procurement Act. 1 (2), unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is reliable in accordance with section 138 of the Tendering Act or that the grounds for exclusion will be obsolete at the time of awarding the contract.
