With the winning tenderer in addition to the main contract, a service contract and a repair contract will be concluded. a detailed description of the sub-contract, including the relevant minimum technical requirementsTenderer must enclose the Single European Tender Document (ESPD) and reply to Title:

Part IV, Title α:

Before the contracting entity decides to award the contract, the tenderer for whom the contracting entity intends to award the contract must submit or possibly. refer to database of documentation for the information specified in ESPD Part IV:

1) Statement of or annual accounts with effect fromtotal turnover of the company in the most recent available financial year, depending on when the company was established or started its business if the figures for this turnover are available. equity available.

All communication between the tenderer and the contractor and the submission of tenders must be in writing via the electronic tender system.
