Current sub-agreement regarding 0Purchase and service of 2 factory new excavators.

With the winning tenderer in addition to the main contract, a service agreement and a repair agreement will be concluded. a detailed description of the sub-contract, including the relevant minimum technical requirementsThe tenderer must provide the following information in ESPD Part IV, Section B.

Subsection 1, 2 factory new driving machines:

1) The tenderer`s total turnover in the latest available financial year;

2) The tenderer`s equity in the most recent available financial year;

3) and Product Liability Insurance.

Subsection 2, 1 used excavator:

1) The tenderer`s total annual revenue turnoveravailable financial statements;

2) The tenderer`s equity in the most recent available financial year;

3) Relevant commercial and product liability insurance. refer to database of documentation for the information specified in ESPD Part IV, Section B:

Ad 1. Statement or annual accounts of the company`s total turnover in the most recent available financial year, depending on when the company was established or started its business if the figures for this turnover are available.

Re 3. Documentation that the tenderer has or can obtain the business and product liability insurance relevant to the contract. The documentation must be in the form of either a copy of the insurance policy, insurance certificate containing coverage area as well as coverage sum issued by the insurance company or undertaking by a recognized insurance company for the drawing up of corporate and product liability cover.so. The undertaking must be valid from the signing of the contract.

If the tenderer is unable to provide the required documentation, the tenderer must otherwise prove his financial and financial suitability by submitting appropriate documents. B) All communication in connection with the tender procedure, including questions and answers, must be done(c) The tenderer must submit, together with his tender, an ESPD as a preliminary proof of the conditions laid down in section 148 (2) of the Tendering Act. 1, points 1-3, mentioned conditions. In the case of an association of undertakings (eg a consortium), a separate ESPD must be submitted for each of the participating economic operators. E) The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tender procedure if the tenderer is included in the tender documents.Sections 135 and 136 of the above mentioned compulsory grounds for exclusion as well as the grounds for exclusion mentioned in section 137 (1) of the Offering Act. 1 (2), unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is reliable in accordance with section 138 of the Tendering Act or that the grounds for exclusion will be obsolete at the time of awarding the contract.

G) In relation to point II. 1.5 and point II.2.6 note that the amount is an estimate of the expected contract price for the full term of the contract.

H) In relation to point II.1.3 it is noted that contractsn relates not only to goods but also to services.

I) In relation to point II.2.7, it is noted that service contract and repair contract will apply for 9, 000 operating hours for subcontract 1 (for each factory new excavator). Service contract and repair contract will be valid for 5, 000 operating hours for sub-contract 2.
