The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept the tender in the event of a substantial change in the circumstances in which the notice of award of public procurementand if the bid price of the bidder is higher than the estimated price of the object of the bid, which is defined for the above-limit bid, the value in the sense of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws in the wording of later regulations.
