Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning - Special purpose vehicles, agricultural machineryand forest for soil preparation and cultivation and maintenance of green spaces - 3 lots, as follows:

Number of days until which clarifications can be requested, before the deadline for submitting bids: 13 days. The deadline for the contracting authority to respond to clarification requests / additional information will be 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

Exclusion reasons:

A. The offer will be excludedthird parties, supporting third parties and subcontractors who fall within the situations provided for in Articles 164, 165 and 167 of Law 98/2016, with the exception of incidents. The DUAE will be filled in by the participating economic operator with information related to their situation. At the request of the contracting authority, the tenderer placed first shall submit the documents proving the fulfillment of the-completing the DUAE.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the non-compliance requirement in art. 164, 165, 167 will fill in the information stating that "The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be presented at the request of the contracting authority only by the bidder on the first place in the intermedia rankingprepared to complete bid evaluation. these documents may be: - 1 - certificates showing the lack of overdue debts related to the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget (local budget budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation,

Declaration on non-compliance with the provisions of Articles 59-60 of Law no.98 / 2016 on public acquisitions. The economic operator will fill out the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the award documentation. The framing of the situation stipulated in art. 59-60 of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement leads to the exclusion of the bidder from the apfor the award of the public procurement contract. It will be a leader of the association, the associate, the subcontractor and the third party, together with the DUAE, taking into account its provisions and the obligation to assume them when participating in the procedure.

The decision-makers of the contracting authority, in organizing, running and finalaward procedure are:

1. BARGAU MARIAN-AURELIAN as Managing Director of the Municipal Tree Maintenance Company and the Bucharest Green Space SA

2. MOCANU RODICA, as Deputy General Manager

3. CIOPASIU IOAN, as Technical Director.

4. Members of the Evaluation Committee:

- CIOPASIU IOAN as Technical Director, Chairman of the Evaluation Committee,

- Petre-Leonard-Florin as Legal Advisor, member of the Evaluation Committee, - Avram Mihaela as Economist, Member of the Evaluation Committee.

In the case of submitting an offer in association, each member of the Association has the obligation to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement by presenting the supporting documents at the request of the contracting authority to the economic operator pit is the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the tender evaluation.

The following documents will be submitted with the DUAE: the firm commitment of the supportive third party to show the effective manner in which its support, subcontracting agreement and / of the Association Agreement, as the case may be.

Average annual turnover for the last 3 years of at leastThe requirements for clarification regarding the awarding documentation will be addressed exclusively in the SEAP in the section Questions within the awarding procedure carried out by electronic means, and responses to them will be published in SEAP in the Documentation, clarifications and decisions section of the yearthe contracting authority will not respond to requests addressed by means of communication other than the established one.

Economic operators have the right to submit the tender only in electronic form and only by the deadline set for the submission of tenders. These responses will be part of the awarding documentation and it is mandatory that the development of theto be taken into account. If first-ranked bidders are bidders with equal scoring points, they will be required to clarify SEAPs with new financial offers that may be equal to or lower than the initial ones. Those bidders will upload SEPA documents containing new financial proposals.

More economic operators have the right to associate withto submit the joint offer, having the obligation to officially legalize the association only if the joint tender will be declared the winner (Form provided in the Forms file). When a group of economic operators submits the joint offer, the technical and professional capacity is demonstrated by taking into account the resources of all mof the group's embryos.

The DUAE form is made available to economic operators interested in .xml format attached to the participation announcement in the "Awarding Documentation" section. The participating economic operators will fill in the information / answers related to the inclusion / non-inclusion in the grounds for exclusion, respectively the fulfillment of the qualification criteria requested by the authority againstwhich have a correspondence at the level of the acquisition date and will not have the right to intervene on the DUAE format, respectively on the requirements checked by the contracting authority. After completing the DUAE, the document will be signed electronically and uploaded to the SEAP in the award procedure in a manner similar to the other documents, part of the offer. Economic operators have an obligationsubmission of the DUAE with the offer, under the sanction of rejection of the offer as unacceptable conf.art. 137 par. (2) lit. b) from H.G. No.395 / 2016.

The communication on the outcome of the procedure will be transmitted both through SEAP and through one of the following communication modalities: fax / email.

The entire procedure will be conducted online through the SEAP operator. Date and time limit-for submission of tenders will be mentioned in the invitation to participate. All documents that are part of the candidates' offer will necessarily be subject to the extended electronic signature according to art. 60 par. 4 of GG 395 / 2016.

Not presenting the technical and / or financial proposal has the effect of rejecting the offer.

If it is found that the offers ranked first have equal scores, autthe contracting authority will request re-offer via SEAP, in order to divide the bids. The bidder with the best score will be deemed the winner.

Economic operators DUAE obligation to submit with the offer, under the penalty for rejecting as unacceptable conf.art. 137 par. (2) lit. b) from H.G. No. 395/2016.
