Instructions on legal remedies: Appeals against this invitation can be made in writing to the Basel-Stadt Administrative Court, Baeumleingasse 1, 4051 Basel, within 10 days of publication in the Basel-Stadt Cantonal Gazette. The appeal letter must contain an application and its justification. The contested disposition is to be addedegen. The evidences called must be clearly identified and, if possible, enclosed.

Closing date / comments: The offers must be completely filled out in the sealed envelope with the inscription "Offer: Neubau Biozentrum, BKP 255.3 Schalld-mung Sanitaerinstallationen" and must be submitted no later than the specified submission deadline (date / Time) at the cantonalSpecialist agency for public procurement available. All documents must be submitted in paper form and on a mobile data carrier (CD / DVD, USB stick etc.). The offers can be sent by post to the cantonal specialist office for public procurement (postmark not relevant) or on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. and 1.15 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Fridays to 4 p.m.) in the customer center of theBuilding and traffic departments on the ground floor. Providers are entitled to be present at the opening of the offers immediately after the deadline for submission in meeting room 13 on the ground floor . Participation in this begeHung is mandatory for all providers. Providers who stay away from the mandatory inspection are excluded from the procedure. Obligatory registration for the inspection by April 17th, 2020 at mauro.pausa@bs.ch. Written questions should be sent to mauro.pausa@bs.ch by April 24, 2020. A compilation of the questions received in time with the corresponding answerwill be sent to all participants of the mandatory inspection by April 30, 2020. No oral information will be given.
