Saeby Varmevaerk - Entreprise B Solvarmeanlaeg

The project involves the establishment of an approx. 30, 000 m solar thermal plant in addition to the heat production at Saeby Varmevaerk. The solar heating plant comprises solar panels, exchange facilities, dry cleaning facilities and supply pipelines. The solar thermal plant must be established-pa S0lystvej 12, 9300 Saeby, just immediately south of existing solar power plant. An approximate approx. 250 meter supply line between the new solar thermal plant and heating plant located at Energivej 1, 9300 Saeby.

Entreprise B comprises delivery, installation and connection of approx. 30, 000 m2 of solar thermal plants including Preparatory earthworks, constructionng of solar panels as well as ror in the terra. Under the same contract, delivery and establishment of supply pipelines also apply from the new solar heating plant to the existing heating plant. The work includes all related work of gravity, as well as restoration of breakdowns.

As part of its request for pre-qualification, the applicant must submit a "Common European Publication Document" (also known as "ESPD Documentment ") in .xml and pdf format, in which the applicant must make declarations as to whether the applicant is covered by the grounds for exclusion in: - Section 135 (1), No. 1-6 of the Public Procurement Act (mandatory exclusion grounds for participation in criminal organization, bribery fraud, acts of terrorism, money laundering, child labor etc.). The declarations must also include whether members of the Supervisory Board, direktion etc. are covered by these grounds for exclusion, cf. section 135 (1). 2, and

- Section 136, No. 1-3 of the Public Procurement Act (mandatory grounds for exclusion of conflicts of interest, distortion of competition, gross incorrect information, etc.), and - Section 135 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 3 and 137 1, Item 7 (Unpaid, payable due to public authorities relating to taxes, taxes or contributions to social security schemes), and

- Section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1, No. 2 (bankruptcy, insolvency or liquidation treatment, reconstruction, resigned business and similar situations)

Declarations Must be submitted in the ESPD document. The contracting entity may not take into account statements made otherwise than via the ESPD document.

In the case of associations of applicants (consortium), each participant in a groupIf the application is based on the economic / financial form of other entities and / or the technical / professional form (eg subcontractors or entities within the same group, including parent, sister- or subsidiaries), each of these devices must attach a separate ESPD document comprising the abovedeclarations.

As part of its request for pre-qualification, the applicant must deliver a "Common European Procurement Document" (also known as the "ESPD Document"), in which the applicant must make declarations of the following:

- Applicant's total turnover in the last 3 available financial statements (depending on where the applicant was established or started his business),

- Applicant's equity in the latest 3Available accounts (depending on where the applicant was established or started his business).

At the request of consortia and request with subcontractors:

In assessing sales and profit after tax, no comparison will be made between either the consortium participants or the main supplier or his Subcontractors' economic figures in order to calculate an average turnovertotal and / or an average profit after tax for the consortium as a whole / the main suppliers and subcontractors.

The assessment will, on the contrary, be based on an assessment of the individual consortium participants and the consortium as a whole. The assessment of the main supplier and its subcontractor will be done by assessing both the main suppliers and the subcontractors and these togetherset.

Declarations Must be submitted in the ESPD document. The contracting entity may NOT take into account statements made otherwise than via the ESPD.

By associations of applicants (consortium), each participant in the association must attach a separate ESPD document which includes the abovementioned declarations.

If the applicant bases refer to other economic / financial units of other entities(eg, entities within the same group, including parent, sister or subsidiary companies), each of these entities must attach a separate ESPD document that includes the aforementioned declarations. Note that the entity in question must be jointly and severally liable for the completion of the contract, cf. the Utilities Directive. 79 pcs. 2.

It is expected that the contract will be inmaintain that it is a requirement of Saeby Varmevaerk that the winning bidder ensures that employees in which the winning bidder and any subcontractors are employed for the performance of the tasks offered have the terms and conditions of employment that apply to collective collective agreements for works of the same kind, in the area where the work is to be carried out.

Deadlines in point IV.2.2 is the deadline for receipt of a request for pre-qualification. Time limit for receipt of tenders. (A) Tender documents appearing in the tender documents. (B) Each candidate may submit a request for a pre-qualification only.

D) Requests for prequalification must be sent electronically (by mail) to the e-mail address specified in the notice of invitation to tender. I.3.

E) To the notice of invitation to tender III.1.1: An applicant will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure, safely the mandatory grounds for exclusion in Section 9 of the Public Procurement Act-135-136 and / or the voluntary grounds for exclusion in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. Paragraphs 1, 2 and 7 shall apply, unless the Public Procurement Act allows for the exclusion of the applicant (cf. section 138 of the Act).

G) To the notice of invitation to tender, III.1: The contracting entity may at any time request the tenderer to provide (final) documentation of the facts that have occurreda statement in the ESPD document, cf. section 151 (3) of the Public Procurement Act. 2. Documentation concerning grounds for exclusion, at the request of the principal, must be sent to the contracting entity, in addition to the terms of reference. The contracting entity may also request to supplement or specify received documentation. The requested documentation must be submitted within a shorter deadline, as determined by the orderzeal. The contracting entity must exclude a claimant whose application gives inaccurate information, has withheld information or is unable to provide additional documents.
