This contract relates to the supply of all the software and hardware equipment necessary for mastering the Meter to Cash chain (M2C) including the link with existing tools (ERP, SIG) and the market (Clearing House, CMS Atrias, PPP, DIME) as well as the publication of information to the end user.

The DUME, by which to operate iteconomic operator declares that he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.

The ESPD, by which the economic operator declares that he satisfies the selection criteria following:

1) a declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the field of activities subject to the contract during the last threeexercises available depending on the date of creation or the start of activities of the candidate or tenderer, to the extent that information on these turnover figures is available;

2) an appropriate bank declaration drawn up in accordance with the model in the appendix 11 of the RD of 18.4.2017.

The type of framework agreement is different by lot. The framework agreement will be executed in part without recompetition and in part with competition of the participants.
