The solution will enable effective resource planning, operating a seamless end to end process for the planning of customer visits, through to completion of care delivery.

The solution will enable effective resource planning, operating a seamless end to end process for the planning of customer visits, through to completion of care delivery.
The critical success factors of the project will be determined collaboratively with both Guinness Care and the Supplier. At the end of the project these will be reviewed against pre-determined criteria agreed. High level critical success factors include:
— a successful proof of concept that demonstrates defined key outcomes,
— the solution meets the core requirements of the business as specified,
— delivery of a successful implementation plan.
