Delivery of software and software licenses for Medical University - Plovdiv

The subject of the order is divided into 4 positions as follows:

Main Site: Plovdiv, 15A Vasil Aprilov Blvd. and / or providing remote access for installedf / software integration

The subject of the contract includes:

- delivery of the software to the place of delivery and installation / integration or providing remote access for installation / integration of the product

- granting of license / s for use according to the technical specification,

- warranty maintenance within the warranty period

The contracting authority does not set selection criteria for participantsThe contracting authority does not set selection criteria that relate to the economic and financial situation of the participants.

1. The performance guarantee is 5% of its value excluding VAT. It shall be submitted by the contractor before concluding the contract in one of the forms under Art. 111, para. 5 of the PPL.The bank performance guarantee and the insurance have a term of validity equal to the contract term extended by 1 month.

2. The contracting authority requires that a guarantee be provided to secure the advance funds provided as a basis for making the advance payment. It should be 100% of the value of the advance, ie. 30% (thirty percent) of one hundredthe nature of the contract for the performance of the contract. It shall be presented at the choice of the contractor in one of the forms under Art. 111, para. 5 of the PPL. Where the guarantee is presented in the form of a bank guarantee or insurance, the guarantee shall be valid for a period equal to the delivery time of the relevant lot, from the date of its submission and, if necessary, extend it.false or new. The manner of release, absorption or retention of both guarantees is set out in the draft contract.

3. A participant in the procedure shall be removed if the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act; Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 35a, para. 3 of the AAPP; Art. 3, item 8 in connection with Art. 5, para. 1, item 3 of ZIFODRUPDRTLTDS, except when the conditions under Art. 4 of the law; Art. 69 of the CITAA.No contract is entered into with a specific contractor, for whom the identification and verification of the client`s identification cannot be carried out by the methods stipulated in the Law on Measures against Money Laundering and the Rules for its Implementation.

4. Tenderers shall indicate in the offer the subcontractors and the parts of the contract they will be awarded if they intend to use them. Subcontractorsthey must meet the relevant selection criteria according to the type and proportion of the contract they are to fulfill and there are no grounds for removal from the procedure.

5. Participants may invoke the capacity of third parties, irrespective of the legal relationship between them, with respect to the selection criteria. Third parties must meet the relevant selection criteria to prove itnet to which the participant relies on their capacity and that there are no grounds for removal from the procedure.

6. At any time during the procedure after the opening of tenders the contracting authority on the grounds of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Law may require the participants to submit documents proving the data specified in the EEOPP.

7. Payment is made in stages: up to the amount of 30% of the contract value and finally the remaining 70% under the terms of the draft contract.
