Framework Agreement for the acquisition, maintenance and installation of software and hardware Imprivata

The purpose of this framework agreement is to enable Contracting Authority to Acquire Imprivata Company Licenses and Materials Relating to Access Management Functionalities, Factor Authenticationand electronic signatures of medical and operational transactions integrated into our patient record platform computerized EPIC and CE, as and when needed and the available budget, by concluding subsequent purchase orders. This framework agreement also includes the services required for its implementation throughout the organization of the organization.Contracting authority, as well as support offers for acquired components.
The Institutional Electronic Medical Record (EMR) of Saint-Luc University Clinics is the Epic solution. This EMR centralizes all operations, data and transactions related to the field of care provided to our patients. In addition, the tenderer gives a list ofminimum discounts for all hardware and software available in its portfolio of Imprivata products related to access management, multi-factor authentication and medical and operational transaction signing functionality within our EMR EPIC.
The tenderer can structure this list and modulate the reductions.in accordance with its current pricing policy. This list includes the minimum reductions for both the acquisition and the maintenance and support of the products.
The minimum reductions granted are applicable for the duration of the Framework Agreement.
For the models and components included in the Reference Base., the reductions mentioned in the Annex can not beto be less than those applied in the Offer.
The percentage discount offered by the bidder in relation to the list price applies to the current and future range.
