Principles of procedure: The client awards public service contracts for services in Switzerland only to providers who guarantee compliance with health and safety at work regulations and working conditions for women and men as well as equal pay for men and women.

Other information: Re point 2.4: A company or planner community may forsubmit one or more lots per offer, with different compositions of the planner groups being accepted depending on the lot. If a provider after the evaluation in several lots in the first place and this provider can prove sufficient human resources for the settlement of these lots, he will get the contract for just these.
