Submission eID System for Liechtenstein

A new mobile-based eID system for Liechtenstein is to be established and implemented. The eID system is to be operated as SaaS independently of the IT infrastructure of the state administration. The eID system should be FIDO UAF-compatible and a 2-factor authentication (2FA, FIDO U2F), for example by means of biometry. The digital identity assigned by the eID system is used for the electronic identification of natural persons. The eID system has to be dimensioned for 100, 000 users and has to be extensible. There should be 2 expressions of digital identities. The two identities are technologically identical and differ only in the Notification target eIDAS Security Level High and Substantial
