"Bearing, loading and removal of ash at a distance of up to 3 km in the site" Non-hazardous waste storage site, sections 1, 2 and 3 "of Brikel EAD" Reference Number: 13004/2018 • Blasting, loading and removal of ash at a distance of up to 3 km in the site "Temporary storage site for non-hazardous waste, sections 1, 2 and 3" by Brikel EAD.for the temporary storage of non-hazardous waste, sections 1, 2 and 3 of Brikel EAD on the territory of an existing waste facility of Brikel EAD, located in the town of Galabovo, continues in II.2.14.) The subject of the order includes services excavating, loading and transporting the ash at a distance of up to 3 km in the site "Non-hazardous waste storage site, sections 1, 2 and 3" of Brikel EAD. Completeservice is carried out periodically as necessary after a specific written assignment by the assignor with the trucks and excavators available to the contractor

3) When the participant there are obligations for taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the Tax and Social Insurance Procedure Code and lto the State or to the municipality at the registered office of the contracting entity and to the participant, or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the State in which the participant is established, unless a rescheduling, deferral or collateralisation of the obligations or the obligation is on an act which has not entered into force (Article 54 (1) (3) of the PPA).there is inequality in the cases under Art. 44, para. (5) of the Public Procurement Act (Article 54 (1) (4) of the Public Procurement Act)

5) Where it is established that (Article 54 (1) with false content related to verifying the lack of grounds for removal or fulfillment of the selection criteria;

(b) the participant has not submitted the requested information related to the verification of absenceon grounds of removal or fulfillment of the selection criteria.

6) Where a participant is found by a punitive order or a court decision enforced, a violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13 para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or an Actlegal obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the State in which the participant is established (Article 54 (1) (6) of the Public Procurement Act).

7) Where there is a conflict of interest that can not be eliminated (Article 54 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Act).

8) Where the participant is declared bankrupt or is in bankruptcy, is in liquidation or is aor out-of-court settlement with its creditors in the meaning of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act, or has ceased its activity and, if the participant is a foreign person, is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the legislation of the State in which he is established (Article 55 (1) 9) When the participant tried to (Article 55 (1) (5) of the PPA): (a) Influencebut the decision by the contracting authority to remove, select or award, including by providing false or misleading information; or (b) receive information that may give him an unjustified advantage in the procurement procedure.
