Framework contract for cleaning and camera inspection of drainage and sewerage systems on the Luxembourg iron network

Cleaning and inspection work by camera Drainage and drainage with associated manholes on the railway network:

This framework contract lays down the conditions fortechnical and commercial services for the following services: cleaning and camera inspection of drainage and piping lines with manholes related to the railway network, in particular (non.exhaustive list):

- inspection / cleaning by machine on wagon in full line and in station and under permanent tension of the catenary,

- inspection / cleaning by truck orpick-up truck in the courtyards, car parks and buildings surroundings,

- mechanical cleaning, by hand and camera inspection of pipe and drainage pipes of all diameters and materials, draining gutters made of reinforced concrete, manholes visit, mouths, aqueducts, nozzles, scuppers, multitubular tracks and cable ducts,

- location and myunderground duct marking,

- recording of the results of the inspection on a computer medium (MPEG format) and elaboration of inspection reports with sketches / situation plans, graphics and color photos in accordance with ILNAS EN 13508-2 and DWA standards -M-149-2.

- declaration of honor certifying that the tenderer / candidate:

- is not in a state of insolvency and does notbankruptcy, liquidation, judicial settlement or precautionary settlement, cessation of activity,

- (or a member of the management) has not committed, in professional matters, misconduct and has not been in serious breach of its contractual obligations, - is in good standing with respect to the payment of social security contributions and its taxes- undertakes to comply with the Grand Ducal legislation in the matter of social regulations and the Labor Code, - - the document constituting the company and / or status with its latest update. If the candidate is a natural person, document certifying his legal status, (Ariba 3.5),

- justification of registration in the commercial register, (Ariba 3.4 and 3.5).

- organization chart of the company. (Ariba 3.10),

- presentation of the balance sheets (accounts expenses and profits included) or extracts of the balance sheets of the company, of the last 3 financial years closed. (Ariba 3.14),

- statement providing the average staffing of the last 3 years of human resources allocated to the type of services / works / supply subject of the contract, (Ariba 1.2).

- for companies already on the list of companies qualified by the CFL, a simple letter of application will suffice to be considered in tenders for the project which is the subject of this publication.
