The participants-shall have a valid registration for performance of waste collection and transport activities, issued pursuant to Art. 35, para. 3 of the WMA pursuant to Chapter Five, Section II of the WMA or an equivalent document issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to a European Economic Area Agreement.-selection criteria, the participants declare as follows: For the presence of a professional activity, the participant fills in the relevant part of EEDOP: Part IV, Section A "Fitness", describing the above mentioned circumstances and documents: indicates the number, date of issue and issuer the registration document, the publisher's public register access site (if applicable), or the number in thea similar register in the country in which the foreign participant is established or indicates the number, date, issuing body of the relevant authorization or membership of a particular organization where the activity requires permission or membership of a particular organization. only the relevant section of EEDOP is filled in.

In the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPL documentto prove compliance with the selection criterion: The required requirement shall be evidenced by a copy certified by the participant of a valid document for performance of waste collection and transport activities, issued in accordance with Art. 35, para. 3 of the WMA pursuant to Chapter Five, Section II of the WMA or an equivalent document issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of anotherState party to a European Economic Area agreement

When signing the contract, the selected contractor shall provide a document proving that he has the right to perform the assigned activity in the Republic of Bulgaria, including the fact that he has made the relevant registration when necessary (see Article 112 (1) (4) of the PPA), if it can not be seen in publico An accessible register.

In the case of an association which is not a legal entity, Art. 59, para. 6 of the PPL.

The contracting authority does not require economic and financial condition. Term of execution of the contract: 60 (sixty) months from the date of signing of the double-checking statement of the provided equipment and infrastructure for performance of the contract activities according to a technicalproposal of the contractor. The time limit for performance of the contract may be extended if, until 1 (one) month before the expiration of the contract, the contracting authority has not awarded a public contract for the same or a similar subject. The term is extended to the designation of a contractor and the conclusion of a contract for the award of services by the subject of the contract, but not longer than six (six) months. The mobilization period and axisthe provision of the necessary equipment and infrastructure for carrying out the planned activities on the territory of the Municipality of Burgas should not be longer than 150 days. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, if necessary, to include new areas of service to the scope of the order. In this case, the contractor is required to provide the required number and type of containers at his own expense without requiring payment from-the assignor. When organizing mass events, the assignor is entitled to instruct the contractor, on request, to deploy an additional number of waste containers and perform some cleaning activities. The volume of completed additional activities shall be documented in a bilateral memorandum of understanding, signed between representatives of the contracting authority and the contractor.the additional activities, reflected in the bilateral protocol, shall be carried out on the basis of the contractor's agreed unit prices. With a view to requiring participants to inspect the areas and to know the specific conditions for the execution of the contract and in connection with Art. 45, para. 2 of the PPA, the contracting authority shall set a time limit for receipt of tenders longer than the minimum specified in Art. 74, para. 1 ofPPL

4. The bodies from which the participants can obtain the necessary information related to taxes and social security, environmental protection, protection of employment and working conditions in force in the country are: NRA, Ministry of Environment and Water, Employment Agency and the General Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency (http://nap.bg, http://www3.moew.government.bg, www.mlsp.government.bg, http://www.gli.government.bg, http://www.az.government.bg/). When preparing their offer, participants complete the specimens enclosed with the documentation. Participants may rely on the capacity of third parties, irrespective of the legal relationship between them as regards the criteria relating to economic and financial standing, technical abilities and professional competence, and the conditions of Art. 65, para. 1-5 and para. 7 of the Public Procurement Act.
