- Permission for carrying out of medical activity or certificate for entry in the RHI registry for outpatient care according to the requirements of the Medical Institutions Act - the criterion is applies to all lots,

- Up-to-date license to useof ionizing radiation for medical purposes, issued by the NRA for the subject of the participant on the territory of Plovdiv for the apparatus carrying out the research subject to lot 1 with the annexes thereto - the criterion applies to lot 1 - Proof:

- A valid permit for carrying out a medical activity or a certificate for entry in the RHIoutpatient care according to the requirements of the Law for the medical establishments - presented in the form of a copy certified by the participant - applies to all lots -

A license for use of sources of ionizing radiation for medical purposes, issued by the NRA for the subject of the participant the territory of Plovdiv for the apparatus carrying out the research subject to a separate position-No 1 with the annexes thereto - the criterion applies to lot 1 - it is presented in the form of a certified copy - applies to lot 1.

When submitting a tender in this tender, the participants declare the lack of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria set by presenting EEDOP. When a participant in the procedure is an association, cothis is not a legal entity, the documents are submitted by any natural or legal person included in the grouping, according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in the performance of the activities provided for in the contract for the formation of the grouping .. The documents described above for proof of conformity with the criteria set for the improvement by the contracting authority, shall be submitted by the participant designated forfiller or upon request in the course of the procedure, according to Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPA. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors, if any.

The Contracting Authority may not require documents which have already been made available to it or are officially known to it or that the circumstances are accessible through a public free registry or that the information is provided or accessed by competent authorityThe documents described above for proving conformity with the criteria set for improvement by the contracting authority shall be submitted by the participant designated as contractor or upon request in the course of the procedure according to Art. 67, para. 5 and 6 of the PPA. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.

The Contracting Authority shall not specify in respect of participatingselection criteria, which are related to the economic and financial situation.

The contractor removes from the participation procedure the participant:

1. For whom are the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 and the circumstances under Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 4, 5 of the Public Procurement Act, occurring before or during the procedure; For whom are the grounds under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act; Whoever is not eligible to participate in a public contracton grounds of Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners (ЗИФОДРУПДРКЛТДС), except where the conditions under Art. 4 of the law. The assignor shall remove from the procedure a participant for whom there are circumstances under Art. 69 of the Lawbut to counteract corruption and to take away illegally acquired property. The grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2 and 7 and Art. 54, para. 1, item 5 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply to the persons under Art. 40 of the RSPC. The requirement under Art. 54, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act shall not apply where the amount of unpaid taxes or social security contributions is not more than 1 per cent of the sum of the annual total turnovercompleted financial year. The grounds for removal under item 1 shall apply until the expiration of the terms under Art. 57, para. 3 of the PPA. The grounds for removal are also applicable to subcontractors and third parties. Where one of the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 and Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 4, 5 of the Public Procurement Act and before taking a tender he has taken measures for proving the reliability under Art. 56 of-PPL, these measures shall be described in EEDOP, and as evidence of reliability of the participant shall be presented the documents under Art. 45, para. The guarantee for the performance of the contract is 1% (one per cent) of the value of the contract without VAT. The selected contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee under Art. 111, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. 47, para. 10 of the RBMPthe tenderer shall accept the submission of an application to participate in the package for lots 2 to 6 inclusive, whether the tenderer submits a tender for one or more of one of the lots 2 to 6 inclusive.
