Forest conservation strategy planning

Development of care programs for the selection of protected land

The subject of the project is the elaboration of six conservation programs for the landscape of nature and landscape. programs of care about:

- Protected landscape area Horna Orava,

- Chranenu-landscape - Štiavnick- vrchy,

- Narodny park Slovak Karst and its protective passport,

- Protected landscape area Stražovske vrchy,

- Protected Areal Galmus,

- Nature reserve Drienčansky karst,

in the sense of appendix no. 18 Annals of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 24/2003 Coll. in the wording of the later regulations implementing Law no. 543/2002 Coll. on the protection of nature and the regionin the wording of the later regulations, taking into account the requirements and objects of protection of European significance, which are within the scope of these territories. The detailed specification is provided in the tender documentation. The guarantor must meet the conditions of the time stipulated in - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement. Their fulfillment of the applicants according to - 32 par. 2, resp. ods. 4 or par. 5 of the Public Procurement Actby submitting original documents or a certified copy thereof. Under Section 37 3 of the Public Procurement Act, a group of contractors demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in public procurement related to the personal status of each member of the group separately. The service provision is demonstrated by a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject matter of the order that I can provide. Uchadin the public procurement procedure it is possible to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of the part registered in the list of economic entities pursuant to - 152 par. 1 Act on Public Procurement. Pursuant to Section 39 of the Public Procurement Act, the applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the public procurement contract by the Single European Document (JED).The subject of public procurement is not green public procurement, provision of innovation or procurement of social aspects.

4. Every entrant can do itto live only one offer. The user can not be joined by a group of suppliers who submit a different offer.

5. The contracting authority will require the creation of a certain legal form if the supply group tender is accepted. Documents by which the tenderer proves that the conditions of the part which are expressed in terms of the sum are fulfilled shall be submitted by the applicant on behalf of the euro. If these documents are in a foreign currency (other than the euro), ucthe sweeper will submit them in a flood currency and in the currency of the euro, using the exchange rate from the other currency to the euro, the exchange rate of the other currency to the euro, as published in the ECB's exchange rate sheet, will be published by the National Bank of Slovakia on the day of publication of the announcement in the Public Procurement Notice and if this is not possible, prior to the day of publication of the notice. 13.1. The assignee will be obliged to undertake the performance of the control / audit of the goods, works and services at any time during the validity and effect of the Contract for the provision of the non-repaid financial contribution by the authorized persons and to provide them with all the necessary assistance.
