Dostawa Mobilnej Jednostkand Training (MJS) for the needs of the Mobile Simulation Center of the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum in Krakow

The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of a Contractor in the scope of delivery of the Mobile Training Unit (MJS), based on a semi-trailer for a tractor unit with the option of extending the working surface, with separated insiderooms with the installation of surveillance systems and the supply and assembly of equipment for medical simulation classes for the needs of the Mobile Simulation Center of the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum in Krakow. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the functions, technical parameters and conditions required, or their maximum or minimum ranges or other necessary features includinghave table lists in Annex A to the offer form which is an integral part of the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the order includes a brand new semi-trailer and equipment, unused, unusedexhibition, manufactured not earlier than in 2019, according to the following general list of types and number of devices that make up the order:

a) Item 1: Mobile Training Unit made on the basis of a semi-trailer for a tractor unit with the possibility of increasing the working space - 1 piece,

b) Position 2: Stationary debriefing system in a high fidelity simulation room (roomConnection B) - 1 item,

c) Position 3: Advanced, wireless high fidelity adult simulator - 1 item,

d) Position 4: Transport and treatment trolley - 2 items,

e) Position 5: Resuscitation trolley with equipment - 2 pieces,

f) Position 6: Manual defibrillator with the possibility of percutaneous stimulation, cardioversion, pulse oximeter function - 2 pieces,

g) Position 7: Transport ventilator- 1 piece,

h) Position 8: Syringe pump - 4 pieces,

i) Position 9: Volumetric infusion pump - 2 pieces,

j) Position 10: Drip stand - 2 pieces,

1.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract specifying the functions, technical parameters and conditions required, or their maximum or minimum ranges or other necessary features are contained in the table tabbasic in Annex A to the tender form which is an integral part of the ToR.

The Employer does not set the condition for participation in the procedure in the above scope. offers, should pay a security in the amount of PLN 75 000.00 (say: seventy fivetysięcy thousand zlotys 00/100) - Detailed information can be found in point 8) of the SETC.

1. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding additional orders, pursuant to art. 67 section 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the fact that within 3 years from the date of this public procurement, it will grant the Contractor, if selected in this procedure, an order consisting in additional (similar) deliveryup to 30% of the estimated value of the basic order, which was calculated when estimating the value of the basic order, on the conditions provided for in the contract for the procedure and the basic order. The basic condition for a possible award of an additional order will be demonstration of compliance with the condition arising from the aforementioned provision of the PPL and the fact that under thispublic procurement The Contractor completed the deliveries on time and with the utmost care. In addition, if the Contractor is awarded a basic order, the additional order is also conditioned by the fact that it will provide a lower standard and quality and guarantee conditions for the performance of the new order than those relating to the basic order, and that the Contractor shall accept the relevant conditionsof the contract, as well as the parties, as a result of negotiations, will agree on the remuneration and deadline for performing such an order. Additional orders may relate in particular to partial replacement, retrofitting of the vehicle with additional elements, installations or accessories as well as delivery of spare parts or other items related to the use of the subject of the order.
