Preventive remotely controlled scraper system for snow-blasting avalanches for HZS

The subject of this order is the delivery of preventive fire- systems for remotely controlled snow blasting avalanches that can be used in an auspicious avalanche situationThe main site: NUTS code is given for the main place of filling. The locations of implementation and delivery are given in the Appendix 1. The subject of this order is the delivery of preventive evacuation systems for remote controlled snowshoe aviary that can be used in an offensive avalanche situation in jeopardy skiand slopes and infrastructures in the mountainous regions, namely: a) Preventive firing system for long-distance avalanche - stationary system (4 pcs. technology and small construction of poles / pylons 4 pcs.) and related services, namely: pylon / place of destination, installation, launching, removing the subject of filling, delivery of device with user interface in English(b) Preventive firing system for remote blasting of lavin - mobile system (detonation chamber designed for use from helicopter shaft) 5 pcs and auxiliary services and hire: transport to the place of destination, installation, unloading, removal of the subject matter, deliverynot equipped with user interface in English and complete project documentation, manual and service book in Slovak language, operator training, service support.

In the scope of delivery the applicant enters to provide all the related services.

List and short description of the terms and conditions: Public procurement is possiblean economic entity that fulfills the exigent terms of the participation in the personal status according to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). The Applicant shall prove that he fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status under Section 32 1 of the Act, documents pursuant to - 32 par. 2, resp. pursuantand - 32 par. 4 and 5 of the Act. Under Section 32 1 letter. (e) the law requires the applicant to prove that he is entitled to supply the goods covered by this order.

The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions in part with the single European document under Section 39 1 of the Act

Proof of the conditions of part-time is effective against the public contracting authority according to - 152 par.4 of the Act.

The applicant entered in the list of economic subjects according to the law is not obliged to submit documents in the process of public procurement pursuant to - 32 par. The public contracting authority shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities under the law or a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the applicant demonstrates compliance with the terms of the participationalso in public procurement. The contracting authority shall also accept an equivalent document submitted by the applicant.

In the event that a group of contractors is awarded a contract, a declaration of compliance with the terms of the individual status for each member of the group shall be required. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to that part-(if relevant) must be submitted by the applicant solely by electronic means, in accordance with the EKS functionality, in the form of a scanned original or a scanned certified copy of the document copy of original in .pdf format
