School meals for pupils for a period of 3 years

The subject of the public tender after the canceled procedure is School nutrition for pupils for a period of 3 yearsSchool nutrition for pupils for a period of 3 years .

Subject of the offer and technical requirements:

The subject of the offer is providing warm meals to students who need careful treatment and different diets (usually or diets).

The client needs a schoola rehearsal for 744 students of the school, every day when the lesson is organized between 10.00 and 15.30 at the Jože Plečnik Gymnasium, Šubičeva ulica 1, SI-1000 Ljubljana, SLOVENIA. The selected bidder will deliver warm and cold snacks to the client in the appropriate packaging for each class separately, or the distribution kitchen with a dining room for 100 pupils. Distribution, servicing and related operationsavila will be performed on the premises of the client at the address Šubičeva ulica 1, SI-1000 Ljubljana, SLOVENIA.

The time from the completion of food preparation to transport should not be longer than 30 minutes. The time of transport of food from the location of preparation to the location of the client must not exceed 30 minutes. The time from delivery to the beginning of the food distribution should not be longer than 30 minutes.

With this description, the contracting authority wishes to determine the method and the procedureThe number of all installments must be submitted by the contracting authority to the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport in order to obtain subsidies in accordance with the laws. For these purposes, the selected contractor will have to keep a record of the number of issued installments and forward it to the subscriber on a weekly basis. Together withthe contractor is obliged to provide the client with a monthly total number of issued hot meals. The daily number of delivered and distributed warm meals must never exceed the number of students enrolled at school. The contracting authority has the right to periodically check the accuracy of the information obtained from the contractor on the eligibility of the hot meals spent on the basis of the absence of students' records and

The monthly amount of properly spent daily warm meals can not exceed the monthly.

The attendance of the students.

The client has the right to demand that the time is delivered or not. the distribution of warm meals changes. Changes are agreed in agreement with the selected contractor. The menu must be the same for all students except for students with vegetarian and dietary nutritionthe breeder must provide the students with warm meals in the school premises. For this purpose, the customer only disposes of the distribution kitchen.

The contracting authority will give its premises to the contractor for a monthly rental of EUR 1, 000.00 in the months when the school is in operation (10 months).

The selected contractor will have to perform in all premises with regard to this order, to introduce and maintain internal control under the HACCP system. Ponudni must provide suitably qualified and trained workers to work in an appropriate manner with a warm meal at an agreed time, in a culturally and calm atmosphere.

The selected provider must compose the menus in accordance with the guidelines of a healthy diet and also take into account the wishes of the subscriber (users) which is reported to the provider. It is desired that the menu is adapted to the seasonal time.

The selected bidder is obliged to prepare the menus themselves and deliver them to the client for 1 month in advance. The contracting authority may, at its sole discretion, reject the offered menu and request corrections if it considers the menu to be inadequate, which the provider must follow. Menus are among other things inadequate if according to the client's opinion there is an excessive repetition of individual menus in a shorter period.the description of the subject of the contract is shown in Chapter IX.
