Purchasing of service travel services for the purpose of concluding preliminary contracts

Turthe Department of Management and Economy under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, which has the right to perform the functions of the central contracting authority of the internal affairs system (hereinafter the VRS CPO), conducts public procurement with the aim of concluding preliminary agreements with the winners about the organization of business travel services (travel to Europe and / cities of other countries of the world orand transport (airline tickets), water transport, land transport (buses, trains), car rental services in a foreign country (from Lithuania or abroad), accommodation (hotels or other accommodation establishments) and insurance services. The services offered include travel services for escorting detainees from foreign countries arrestedius and convicts in the event of their extradition or transfer under the European arrest warrant or in accordance with bilateral agreements or enforcement of the ruling of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, in accordance with the Framework Decision of the Council of the European Union no. 2008/909 / JHA on the application of the principle of mutual recognition to judgments in criminal matters.
