As part of the UeLS-CH UT II program, lot 134, these systems are:

Main Site: Works: Geneva (N01 and N01a) PTO platform at the Confignon site installation area. Sessions:

As part of the UeLS-CH UT I programI, lot 134, these systems are:

- designed for high speed RN operation ( 100, 000 vehicles / day);

- migrated on a network under operation;

The main services include in particular:

- analysis, design, development, works, tests, commissioning;

- resumption of existing PLC programs;

- supply of equipment and related documentation including alls software source codes;

- coordination with project management;

The estimated characteristics of the systems are:

- data points / - 1000 by AS;

- synoptics / - 10 by AS;

- OPC-UA native at the PLC level by AS;

- PLC systems based on a standard software product on the market.

The following certificates / confirmations must be filed at the same time as the request forparticipation unless otherwise specified; failing this, the request to participate will not be examined. Tenderers are requested to use the participation request booklet supplied with the tender documents to order the evidence.

- Q1 technical capacity

——Q1.1 tenderer`s reference

——— reference 1 : reference of a project of comparable complexity, dalready carried out in the field.

The technical capacities must be justified by a significant reference which must include / understand the design and the development of such a system. The tenderer must provide evidence of at least equivalent experience. The reference must indicate:

———— the size of the works,

———— the number of supervised equipment,

———— the number of data points.

——— rreference 2: Reference of an automation project allowing the interface with an existing automatic system (the present reference can be the same as the reference 1).

In addition to the description, it will be indicated:

———— dates,

———— the amount of the works,

———— the name of the client,

———— the size of the works,

———— the number of equipment supervised,

—— —— the number of data points.

For des work carried out in consortium, the company indicates the nature of the tasks carried out by it and the percentage share of its services, on all the work. The company indicates the reference work carried out in subcontracting. The contact person for the reference given by the tenderer must be a suitable person to be contacted. This information must be insertedes in the tenderer`s participation request tab Q1.1a and Q1.1b.

—— Q1.2 subcontracting, a maximum of 30% of the service can be provided by subcontracting. This information must be inserted in the bidder`s request for participation tab Q1.2.

- Q2 economic and financial capacity:

—— Q2.1 turnover. The annual turnover oftenderer must be greater than 5, 000, 000 CHF.

—— Q2.2 documents to be submitted. Documents to be submitted with the request to participate:

——— voluntary declaration by the tenderer (signed),

——— extract (s) from the commercial register or, for companies with their headquarters abroad, similar certificate (s) (s) (less than 3 months old compared to the deadline for submission of the participation requestn).

- Q3 key people

—— Q3.1 references of key people. References of key persons (*) relating to a project of comparable complexity already carried out within the framework of the same function or of an alternate function in the same specialized field indicating the period, the overall investment of the project, the works carried out and the `interlocutor (contracting authority) authorized to supplyir information.

—— Q3.2 availability. Proof that the availability of key people (*) is greater than the availability required during the duration of the project. Detailed enumeration and description of the charge over time within the company and other projects, beforeec commitment of the tenderer on the effective availability of key people for this contract. Important note: given the workload required, the key person can only be proposed for a single lot from lots 130, 131, 132, 133, 134 of project N99.99 170041 - BSA UeLS UT II. In the case where a tenderer proposes the same key person on more than onelot, this tenderer will be excluded for lack of availability of the key person on all lots whose number is higher than the first lot number on which he has submitted an offer, and this in the numerical order of lots.

(*) As the key person is considered the person who will executethe function of technical manager of the automation management system.

The technical manager of the automation management system is in charge of:

- privileged contact with the APR for the technical part,

- the management and coordination of functional and conceptual studies,

- coordination of development, testing on platform and site,

- organization and planning ofs changeover phases and commissioning under operation.

——— clarity of the document.

- 1b) award criteria. These criteria will be communicated during phase 2 of the selective procedure. Evaluation of the criteria for evaluating requests to participate and the award criteria other than the price criterion. The evaluation is always indicated by means of notes 0 to 5: evaluation of the criteria, quality of the information. 0 = evaluaimpossible, no information. 1 = incomplete, insufficient, incomplete. 2 = insufficient, without sufficient link to the project. 3 = good, normal, corresponding to the requirements of the invitation to tender. 4 = very good, exceeding the requirements of the invitation to tender. 5 = excellent, excellent quality, very important contribution to the achievement of objectives. - 3) remuneration of requests for participation and offers, return of documents. Elaboration of requests for participationis not remunerated. The participation and offer request files are not returned;

- 4) adjudication of services. The contractor has no right to a full auction of the services put up for tender; - 5) obtaining documents from the file for the request to participate. - 6) reserved. The contract will be awarded subject to the maturity of the project and / or the availability of credits;
