The consultation is passed by open tender in application of Articles R. 2124-2 1, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The market is the subject of a single lot ordinary market. No form of grouping is imposed by the lousesee adjudicator time of execution: 5 months, as from the notification. As an indication, the services will be executed on 10.12.2019. Content of the offer:

- the commitment document,

- the technical explanatory memorandum of the offer (maximum 30 pages),

- the appendix to the CCP duly completed,

- the estimated detail. disposal of the electronic consultation file: in accordance with the articleR. 2132-2 of the code of the public order, the contracting authority puts at disposal the file of consultation by electronic means on the platform of dematerialization of the public markets of the department, accessible with the following address: www.achatpublic.com - Bidders will be able to authenticate themselves on the platform and indicate a valid and perennial e-mail address.Certainly an electronic correspondence, in particular to be informed of any supplements, precisions or rectifications.
