The subject of the public procurement contract is "street repairs", according to the technical specification and a quantitative account attached to the tender documents.

The contracting authority does not impose requirements for fitness and exercise of professional activity

1. Each participant should have insurance "Professional Liability" with coverage corresponding to the volume and nature of the order andas follows for lot 1 "Repair of streets", lot № 2 "Demolition of municipal road BLG 2061 (Blagoevgrad-Bistritsa-Bodrost) from km 0 000 to km 29 400"; Lot No. 3 "Making Gabions on Municipal Road BLG 2062"

Before signing the contract to demonstrate compliance with the selection criteria, the participant designated as contractorshall provide proof of the existence of a valid professional liability insurance for the participants in the construction and design under Art. 171 of the Spatial Development Act with a "Constructor" clause, covering the minimum insurance amount for this type of construction.When foreign participants participate, they submit a copy of a document on the existence of an equivalent insurance with a limit covering the minimum requiredinsurance amount under Art. 171 of the Territory Management Act.

The Contracting Authority shall remove participants for whom the circumstances referred to in Art. 3, item 8 and Art. 5, item 3 of the Law on Butler. and financial reports. with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with ref. toll. the regime associated with them and their actual owners. On ax. Art. 47, para. 3 and 4 of the PPA, the necessary information can be obtained from the following authorities: NazisRevenue Agency, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Environment and Water, Ministry of Labor and Social Policy.
