River Acharnes (Kanapitsa) stream settlement of N. Attiki, by CH. 0 000 (estuary in Kifissos) to CH. 12 000.

The object of this contract is the construction of stream settlements of Acharnon (Kanapitsa) Prefecture of Attica, from CH0.0 000 (estuary in Kifissos) to CH. 12 000, as well as the construction of a barrier bysection CH 10 600 to CH. 10 750.

Main Site: The projects will be constructed in areas of Attica Region, in the Municipalities of Acharnon and Agioi Anargyri - Kamatero. Of the 12, 586 km of the total length of the Acharna River, interventions are planned at 7.5 km. At 1.6 km a closed cross section is proposed, withouttake into account the crossing techniques of intersections, while for the rest 5.9 km an open section with barbed wire is recommended. The physical cross section is maintained at 3.7 km. Proposed projects include 2 existing technical works, the Attica Crossing Technician and the culvert on Skra Street, 1.5 km in length.proposed to be built around CH. 10 600, approximately 2.0 km downstream of the Parnitha National Park boundary, to alleviate floodplain floodplains. a professional register kept in their State of establishment. E.In particular, bidders established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Contracting Companies Register (MEEP) in the project category of Article 21 of the Declaration.

Bidders established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in the Registers of Annex XI to Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

Each individual bidderThe economic operator must have, as a minimum:

(i) own funds of a minimum amount of EUR 2 200 000.00. Equity excludes equity amounts for which their process of payment and certification by the supervisory authorities has not been completed, and

ii) fixed assets of at least EUR 450 000.00.

In the case of a merger, at least 1 by members of the associationmust satisfy both (2) above (i) and (ii).

Specifically, the contracting firms registered in the SCE shall not exceed the maximum permissible amount of the contract. To participate in the tender, the bidders are required to submit the tender, in accordance with paragraph 1 (a) of Article 72 of Law 4412/2016, letter of guarantee, amounting to three hundred and seventy-nine thousand and thirty euros (EUR 379 030.00). In the case of a union economyFor such entities, the guarantee of participation shall also include the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association. The bid guarantee must be valid for at least 30 days after the expiry of the period of validity of the tender referred to in Article 19 of the notice, ie until 27.9.2020. otherwise, the offer will be rejected. The contracting authority may, before the expiry of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend, before their expiry, the period of validity of the tender and the tender guarantee. The tender security shall be forfeited in favor of the developer, after the opinion of the Technical Board, if the tenderer withdraws its tender, during its validity, and in the cases referred to in Article 4.2) of the notice. refterminates the collection of the amount of the guarantee.

The participation guarantee shall be returned to the successful tenderer upon presentation of the performance guarantee. the signing of the contract, it is required to provide a performance guarantee, according to article 72 par. 1 b) of Law 4412/2016, thethe amount of which is set at 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. and shall be deposited before or at the time of signature of the contract.

Performance guarantee shall be forfeited in the event of a breach of the terms of the contract, as specified herein. If the contract is amended in accordance with Article 132 Law 4412/2016, which entails an increase in the contract value, the contractor shall be obligedto submit before the amendment a supplementary guarantee, amounting to 5% of the amount of the tax-free increase.

The performance guarantee covers fully and without discrimination contract, and any claim by the contracting authority or the developer against the contractor.

Performance guarantee falls on Mrof the project, by reasoned decision of the Head of the Managing Office, in particular after the finalization of the contractor`s reduction. The successful tenderer`s objection against the decision shall not suspend the recovery of the amount of the guarantee.

Letters of guarantee for good performance shall include at least the information referred to in paragraph 15.2) and, in addition, the number and title of the guarantee.as a relevant contract
