The subject of the order is the provision of catering for employees Košice State Theater in the form of meal vouchers in paper form in contracted boarders

Main Site: State Theater Košice, Hlavna 58, 042 77 Košice, SLOVAKIA of the applicant`s meal vouchers in paper form, in nominal hoursnote EUR 4.00. 283/2002 Coll.

Expected number of meal vouchers is 84 000 pieces / year, 336 000 pieces / 48 months.of the agreement reserves the right to adjust monthly the number of meal vouchers according to their current needs, depending on the actual number of employees

Detailed description of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents in Part B1 Description of the subject of the contract. Conditions of participation concerning personal status: according to - 32 of the Act:

A.

The contracting authority evaluates the fulfillment of the condition of participation according to - 152 para.

E. A group of suppliers demonstrates the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status for each member of the group separately.
