The subject of the contract is cleaning, repair and maintenance in the administration of the National Highway Company, Inc. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is given in Part B.1 Description of the subject of the contractOnly those who satisfy the following conditions for participation in personal status may participate in the procurement procedure:. Only those who meet the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain Conclusions as amended (hereinafter referred to as the FTA), which proves fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2 ZVO in conjunction with - 152 ZVO.

2. If the applicant or candidate has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of its registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in - 32 para. 2 of the Act, or does not issue even equivalent documents, can be replaced by an affidavitin his State of residence, place of business or usual residence. If the law of the applicant or candidate with its registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not governed by a declaration of honor, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or businessThe tenderer shall submit the following documents proving his financial and economic standing as proof that he is able to successfully complete the subject of the contract:. according to - 33 par. 1 pism. a) PPA

The applicant demonstrates financial and economic status: By expressing the bank (s) in which the applicant has the account (s) that his / her account (s)y is not in an unauthorized debit, is not subject to execution, in case of repayment he / she respects the payment calendar and the ability to fulfill his financial obligations, which will not be older than 3 months on the last day of the deadline for submission, will prove photocopy. For the sake of clarity, it is noted that an account statement is not considered to be a bank confirmation. Applicant canproving financial and economic status to use another person`s financial resources, regardless of their legal relationship. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the contracting authority that he will actually use the resources of the person whose position he is using to prove his financial and economic position in the performance of the Framework Agreement. This is shown by the applicant by a written contract concluded with himthe person whose resources he intends to prove his financial and economic position. The written contract must give rise to an obligation on the part of the person to provide performance for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove financial and economic status must demonstrate fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status, except for - 32 para. 1 pism. e) ZVO and not exito exclude inclusions for exclusion according to - 40 par. 6 pism. a) to h) and par. 7 ZVO.

3. The contracting authority requires that the tenderer and any other person whose capacity is to be used to prove financial and economic standing are jointly responsible for the implementation of the Framework Agreement.
