Task 8 - Delivery phantom

The detailed scope of the order is described in Annexes 2.1 - 2.8 to the ToR.

The Ordering Party does not set specific requirements to meet this condition.

The condition in the understanding of the Employer will be fulfilled by the Contractor who is insured against civil liability in the scope departmentrelated to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum of min. PLN 500, 000.00 (five hundred thousand).

List of statements or documents filed by the Contractor in the proceedings at the request of the Employer to confirm the circumstances referred to in Article. 25 ust. 1 point 1 of the Act concerning the economic or financial situation: in order to confirm the fulfillment of the condition regarding the economic situationor financial ordering, the Employer requests an insurance policy or other document confirming that the Contractor is insured against civil liability in respect of the business related to the subject of the order for a guarantee sum specified by the Employer.

The Purchaser informs that pursuant to Art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Act, it will first evaluate the offers and then go onwhether the contractor whose tender has been rated as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. The Contractor will provide a bid bond in the amount of 20, 000.00 PLN (twenty thousand). The bid bond can be contributed in one or more of the following forms:

a. money;

b. bank guarantees or social-savings credit sureties, except that aftercash check is always a financial guarantee;

C. bank guarantees;

d. insurance guarantees;

e. sureties granted by entities referred to in art. 6b par. 5 point 2 of the Act of 9.11.2000 on the establishment of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 110).

The bid bond paid in cash is paid by bank transfer to the bank account of PWSZ in Suwałki 7212403363 1111 0010 5218 1015 by 27.8.2018 to the following hours 09:00 (the date of the influence of the funds on the account of the ordering party decides). A photocopy of the proof of payment of the bid security should be submitted in the offer.
