CPV Description: The subject matter of the contract is services relating to the identification and quantification of phytoplankton in samples of lake water of the National Monitoring Network quality and quantity of water, Joint Ministerial Decision 140384/ 2011, as well as providing opinions and evaluations regarding the method and the results for nutrient limits in the types of lakes of GREECE

Section 1: Recognition and measurement of phytoplankton samples from lakes of the national monitoring network according to with the KYA 140384/2011, as in force. It concerns 500 samples of phytoplankton.

Section 2: Advisory servicesa proposal for a method and limits for nutrients, for the types of lakes of the national monitoring network, according to KYA. 140384 / 2011.

There is a possibility to award up to 15% more and up to 50% less.

For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract, it is submitted by the participating economic operators(1): EUR 3 836.00 - Section 2: EUR 1 000.00 - Act: co-financed by the Cohesion Fund, in particular this Convention is financed by the appropriations of the Public Investment Program (project no. 2016SE27510014).

Right to participate in the process of concluding this contract have natural or legalin the case of associations of economic operators, their members, established in: (a) a Member State of the Union; (b) a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA);, which have signed and ratified the SCM, to the extent that the public procurement contract is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the General Notes of the Union-related Appendix(d) to third countries not covered by paragraph (c) of this paragraph and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures.
