Factual description

The factory is to create alternative spatial scenarios for the future and assess the effects of nails in the Finnish sea area as a whole and separatelyin three (3) maritime plan areas. Scenario's target years are 2030 and 2050.

Scenarios impact assessments should be made simultaneously with sisaeaebuilt with scenarios. Impact assessments should look at the economic, social and environmental impacts.
