The subject of the contract is the preventive maintenance, the provision of special activities related to the observance of the legislation and the technical standards of the equipment for physical protection of physical protection ( TPFO) located in the public procurement areaJaslovsk- Bohunice site and ensuring the continuous maintenance and maintenance of the TPFO in accordance with the valid regulations and valid physical protection plans. Preventive maintenance, provision of special activities related to compliance with legislationand technical standards of TPFO equipment located in the premises of the public authority in the Jaslovsk- Bohunice site, and ensuring the continued provision and maintenance of TPFO in accordance with the applicable landing regulations and valid physical protection plans. 1. The competitor must meet the conditions for personal participationthe position specified in - 32 par. 1) zak. no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), they shall be required to prove them in accordance with Section 32 2) resp. (4) to (5) of the law by submitting the first form of electronic form of documents and subsequently the applicant in the first place in the order will be required to produce the original documents or their assurance certificateh copy, respectively. within the meaning of - 152 of the Act, an applicant who is registered in the list of economic entities is not obliged to submit documents in order to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of his personal status according to - 32 par. 2) resp. 4) to 5) of the Act, in this case it is appropriate but not necessarily to submit only the data on the valid entry in the list of the economic subjectso conducted by the Public Procurement Office with the registration number or identification data on the basis of which it is possible to find it in this list. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs according to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of the laws in the wording of later regulations is entered in the list of economic subjects in the scope of recorded facts. In the event that the applicant is a person who is obliged to register in the Commercial Register, the Applicant also submits a current extract from the Commercial Register with the subject of the activity of the Technical Service in the minimum required range.

In the case of an applicant who is the subject of a group of suppliers who have participated in the public procurement, demonstrating the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of your personal status for everythingof the members of the group in particular, fulfillment of the conditions of part time according to -32 par. e) the law proves the member of the group only in relation to the part of the subject of the contract, which is to be ensured.
