Integrated services in machining and small boilermaking at the CNPE Golfech
Integrated services in machining and small boilermaking in the maintenance of tranches of the CNPE Golfech for a period of 5 years firm 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2024.
Main Site: CNPE of Golfech.
In stop of slice:
- work of machining in workshop, en and out of controlled area, mechanical parts during shutdown periods whether on behalf of stops or TEM,
- machining and / or running in the installation using portable machines (types SERCO, LARSLAP ...) during stoppages of zone in zone and out of controlled zone. Only the lapping following a machining or complex are the responsibility of the holder,
- work ofboilermaking in the workshop not requiring a welding license,
- making sheet joints and braids,
- maintenance of machine tools made available and associated tools. This maintenance includes cleaning, checking of levels, greasing, emptying capacity filling (box oil and cutting fluids) according to the directive of the client. As such ifthe owner of the contract considers that the machines present a risk for the speakers, he will have to stop the activity and inform the EDF manager without delay,
- inventory at the end of TA accessories (tools, metrology, pads, ...) .
Slice in March:
- Machining work in the workshop, in and out of the controlled area, of mechanical parts during the periods of TEM whether on behalf of theTEM or in preparation of stops,
- design, manufacture, restoration of specific tools
- making joints and braids,
- Maintenance of machine tools available and tools associated (1 and 2 level). This maintenance includes cleaning, level checking, lubrication, emptying capacity filling (box oil and cutting fluids) according to directive of the client. As such, if the contract holder considers that the machines present a risk for the interveners, he will have to stop the activity and inform the EDF manager without delay,
- follow-up of the grinding reels which mainly includes the control of the games, screens, dressing the grinding wheels, cleaning the suction filters, updating the register andthe eventual replacement of the grinding wheels. This activity is subject to a specific training of the speaker and has an authorization from the employer,
- inventory, minimum annual, accessories (tools, metrology, platelets, ...).
Machining:
- Realization of various turning, milling, drilling, lapping, ...
- realization of threads with metric profiles and special profiles,
- reassembling according to the tolerances of the plans and procedures provided,
- taken on mechanical parts from different sets of boiler, valves, rotating machines according to plans and procedures provided by EDF,
- taken on seats of seats in stellite, valves, faucets and doors of various joints respecting the dimensions and tolerances data on the request of work or the file of intervention provided by EDF,
- on site, machining and running in with portable machines (type SERCO, LARSLAP and others), taken on valves, on doors of joints of capacities, extractions of studs, installation of reported threads ...
Boiler making:
- cutting of steel and stainless steel sheets on hydraulic shears, manualor table oxytome,
- solders and cutting by oxycutting,
- grinding, drilling, tapping, bending,
- assembly or repair by welding / on tools and various parts,
- reloading,
- flow of profiled bars with the help of saws with discs, with ribbon or alternative,
- punching of pieces.
Manufacture of joints and braids according to note 003861:
- making of trimmings (braids), for tapsand rotating machines,
- preforming if necessary,
- manufacture of flat joints using cutting machines electrical joints, manual or all-parts,
- management and classification of requests for manufacturing braids and joints.
- the candidate must provide a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to bid mentionss to Articles 45 and 48 of Order No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 on public contracts. Minimum specific level (s)/ minimum requires:
Candidates must have the average of their turnover calculated over the last 3 years, greater than 700 000 EUR.
In the case of a GME application, take into account the whole the turnover of the GME.
