MI - MI is equipped with the necessary equipment to meet the relevant standards and for the normal counterworking process. The scope of this contract includes imaging equipment:

- computer tomograph with medical injector - 1 pc,

- computer tomograph with medical injector and workstation - 1 pc,

- x-ray apparatus for scopy and graphy - 1,

- mammogram - 1,

- mobile X-ray system - 5,

- image digitization system -1 pc,

- mobile X-ray machine type C arm - 1 pc

The activities to be performed are postpaid maintenance and maintenance for a period. Detailed requirements are contained in the technical specification of the contract, an integral part of the procurement documentation.

Proof of the criteria under item 3 and item 4:

If necessaryon the grounds of Art. 67 para. 5 of the Public Procurement Law or at the conclusion of the contract, the above requirement is proved by presentation of a valid certificate issued by accredited persons, proving the introduced quality control system and environmental protection standard, as well as other evidence of the implemented measures depending on the declared in EDES.

The contracting authority will accept equivalent certificates, andsubmitted by bodies established in other Member States. The contracting authority shall also accept other evidence of equivalent quality assurance measures where the tenderer did not have access to such a certificate or was unable to obtain it within the relevant timeframes for reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the tenderer must be able to demonstrate that the proposed measures are equivalent to the requirementsscan.

1.1.
