There is no requirement for the economic and financial status of the participants in this tender. For the participants in the procedure, the grounds for elimination referred to in Art. 54, para. 1, item 1, item 2, item 3, item 4, item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the Public Procurement Act and Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 4 of the Public Procurement Act. Participants do not have tothe prohibitions referred to in Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of Illegally Acquired Property (PKONPI). According to Art. 67, para. 1 of the PPL when submitting a tender-the participant merely declares compliance with the lack of grounds for removal by submitting EEDOP. Documents demonstrating the information specified in EEDOP may be required additionally under the conditions of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act before the conclusion of a public procurement contract, the contracting authority shall require the participant designated as a contractor tosubmitted up-to-date documents certifying the absence of grounds for removal from the procedure. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any. The performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. The guarantee is presented in one of the following forms:

- bank guarantee,

- insurance that ensures the execution throughContractor's liability.
