The object of the acquisition is the provision of maintenance and auxiliary activitiesnecessary for the ISCIR authorization of lifting equipment, lifting devices, attachments, self-propelled platforms, forklifts and lifts from C.N.E. Cernavoda, both during the current operation of C.N.E. Cernavoda, as well as during the planned stops during a 48 month contract period, in order to operate the plant in safe conditionsante and nuclear safety.

Main Site: Cernavoda.

According to CS CR 26432, rev. 3.

The services covered by this acquisition consist mainly of:

(a) repair, installation, installation, maintenance and inspection of lifting equipment; maintenance, repair and repair of lifting mechanisms, binding elements, self-supporting platforms, stacklifts and lifts; auxiliary activities for the preparation of lifting equipment, lifting mechanisms, self-propelled platforms, forklifts and lifts in C.N.E. Cernavoda for authorization / re-authorization of ISCIR,

(b) Design services necessary for the modernization of lifting equipment, lifting mechanisms, binding elements, self-supporting platforms, crankshafts and lifts from C.N.E. Cernavoda,

(c) Support activities for the provision of services

Requirement no. 1.

The economic operators submitting the offer individually or in combination, the subcontractors or the supporting third parties must not be in any of the situations provided in art. 72 and 73 of Law 99 / 2016.

Means of performance:

All participating economic operatorsto the procedure (bidders, associate bidders, third parties, declared subcontractors, as appropriate) will fill in and upload to SEAP, signed / signed electronically, together with the DUAE and the Declaration / Declarations on their own responsibility regarding non-compliance with the provisions of art. 72 and 73 of Law no. 99/2016 (Form III.2.1.1).

The bidders must have an average turnover for the last 3 years (2015, 2016, 2017) of at least RON 5, 600, 000.

2) The award procedure conducted entirely by electronic means, in accordance with art. 67 of H.G. 394/2016:

- The economic operator has the obligation to transmit to SEAP the offer, the requested forms and DUAE, only in electronic format and only up to date and time-the deadline for submission of tenders provided in the simplified participation notice, - When completing information on the qualification and selection criteria, economic operators are not entitled to interfere with the format of the document or with the requirements marked by the contracting entity. during the course of the award procedure changes occur in the requirements of cin accordance with the legal provisions, the contracting entity will proceed to review the information provided in the initial form, by filling in a new form, which will be uploaded later in the SEAP, attached to the simplified participation notice,
