Post-warranty maintenance of 6 gas turbine compressor units (GTKA) equipped with MARS 90 gas turbine engines with automatic control systemof the GTKA, a centrifugal compressor, a GTKA oil system, an electric equipment of the GTKA and other aggregates and systems of the GTKA, in order to ensure high reliability and continuity in the operation of the gas transmission network of Bulgartransgaz EAD, including: assistance in locating failures and debugging of compressor stations (KS), providing technical expertisea worksheet for defect localization and technical support for its removal on site at the site of the CC of the respective TCM; delivery and supervision during installation and commissioning (if necessary) of 467 types of spare parts, aggregates and consumables according to Appendix 1 of the TC; warranty period of the repaired and / or replaced item in the CC; warranty period of deliveryThe Main Sites: The Lozenets, Lozenets, Yambol, KS Strandja, Gorska Polyana village, Yambol district, Ihtiman village, Stambolovo village, Sofia district, Petrich, KS Petrich, village of Rupite, district of Blagoevgrad - Post-warranty maintenance of 6 gas turbocharger units equipped with gas turbine engines type MARS 90, for the automatic control of the GTKA, with centrifugal compressor, with the GTKA oil system, with the electric equipment of the GTKA and other units and systems of the GTKA, in order to guarantee high reliability and continuity in the operation of the gas transmission network of Bulgartransgaz EAD, : Providing technical assistance in locating failures and defect removal in compressor stations (KC), axisarranging for a technical specialist to perform fault localization activities and technical support to remove it on site at the CC site of the respective TCM; delivery and supervision during installation and commissioning (if necessary) of 467 types of spare parts, aggregates and consumables according to Appendix 1 of the TC; warranty period of the repaired and / or replaced item in the CS; warranty period for the supplied spare parts and consumables as per Appendix 1 to the HS.

2.-Art. 54, para. 2 of the PPPC wishing to be present at the opening of the tenders should submit: - For the participants in the procedure representing the participant they submit an identity document and a copy of a document certifying the current state of a participant (applies to foreign participants); in the case of a consortium member - a copy of a consortium agreement or a document indicating a representativethe same. In the event of a discrepancy between the total execution price, the subject of the order writtendigitally and verbally, the said word shall be valid and the same shall be announced by the commission for conducting the procedure on the grounds of Art. 57, para. 3 of the RPSP. In the event that such non-compliance is detected, the participant shall bring the total price and the unit prices quoted digitally with the total price of the price offer, expressed in words, within a period set by the Commission. In the event of a discrepancy, the unit price and total price will be the total price of the offer, worded in writing, and in the event that such a discrepancy is found, the participant has to bring the unit prices in line with the total price of the price offer written in word at a deadline set by the Commission.
